It is a new concept, a new technology, adapted to a new reality for making professional espresso and cappuccino anywhere and especially at home. At Ascaso, our team of engineers has spent years differentiating and perfecting our espresso coffee machines. This leads us to re-evaluate our approach to traditions. In the 60s, the development of the E-61 group brought innovation to the world of espresso. It was an instant success and became one of the most widely used systems in espresso coffee history. Even today many manufacturers still use it or work with its principles. Technology T & Stainless Steel After creating the Big Dream model, in which we changed a technical criterion that has been used for more than 100 years (using stainless steel instead of copper and brass), we wanted to continue creating original products. Technology T is a cutting-edge multigroup technology. The engineering was entirely developed by Ascaso. It offers high levels of energy efficiency (low energy consumption) and excellent thermal stability with clean and fresh water in every coffee. PID Controlled Multi Group (Separate) Technology Professional level high performance: Thermal stability is guaranteed (in continuous or intermittent use). High steam production (separate, high volume boiler). Clean coffee. Minimal metal migration into the drink thanks to the use of stainless steel. Freshly Delivered Water Avoiding the use of standing, constantly reheated water to make coffee. Water for each coffee comes directly from the mains, delivering fresh, filtered water to the group. One of the main goals of energy efficiency T technology was to reduce the energy consumption of the machine. It provides an average of 50% savings compared to a conventional machine and an average of 25% savings compared to other multi-boiler machines.
