Place the 65 g of coffee you have ground in the middle chamber and level the coffee with the help of a spoon. Then, take three or four more filter papers that you just used and cover the coffee completely with these filter papers. In this way, the dripping water does not come into direct contact with the coffee and spreads evenly over each grain. Add cold water and ice to the top chamber, totaling 1 liter. You can use 500 ml of water and 500 g of ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to extremely cold water. To get rid of bitter tastes, we recommend that you put 200 g of ice in 800 ml of cold water. Adjust the water dripping time of the equipment to be one drop every 1-2 seconds. The brewing will be finished in 8 – 12 hours. When all the water is consumed, take the bottom reservoir and pour it into the bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
